Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end inventory management across warehouses and dispatch centers.
Maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring zero stockouts and minimal overstocking.
Develop demand forecasting models in coordination with supply chain & sales teams.
Oversee inward/outward process, stock reconciliation, GRNs, and RTVs.
Implement strong inventory control systems, SOPs, audits, and reporting mechanisms.
Monitor ageing inventory, slow-moving/Fast-moving SKUs, and drive liquidation strategies.
Manage collaborations with logistics, sourcing, warehouse teams, and 3PL partners.
Analyze inventory KPIsfill rate, accuracy, turnaround time, shrinkage, etc.
Ensure timely stock updates, cycle counts, monthly audits, and discrepancy resolution.
Improve warehouse operations, layout, and process efficiency.
Handle team performance and cross-functional coordination for smooth operations.

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in Inventory, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
Experience in FMCG/e-commerce/D2C preferred.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Hands-on with ERP, WMS, and Excel.
Ability to lead teams and manage high-volume SKU operations.
Strong problem-solving and process-orientation mindset.
