Job Summary

Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inventory of mobile devices and other IT assets.
• Maintain accurate

  inward and outward

  records of assets.
• Coordinate with teams for

  issue, return, and replacement

  of devices.
• Perform

  physical verification

  of inventory periodically.
• Update and maintain asset databases, spreadsheets, and logs.
• Assist in

  shifting/relocation

  of devices and related IT equipment.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of devices.
• Generate regular inventory status and movement reports.
• Collaborate with procurement/IT teams for asset allocation and replenishment.
• Adhere to company asset management policies and security guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline

• 0–2 years

  of experience in inventory or asset management
• Proficiency in computer operations.
• Good coordination skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational abilities.
