As an Inventory Supervisor based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, your primary role will involve managing and overseeing inventory control procedures. You will be responsible for conducting regular audits and ensuring the accuracy of inventory data. Supervising a team of inventory personnel and collaborating closely with other departments to maintain efficient and effective inventory management will also be key aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory control procedures, including receiving, storing, counting, and distributing inventory - Oversee inventory personnel, provide training to new team members - Conduct regular audits of inventory data and physical counts to maintain accuracy - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory data and timely product delivery - Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures - Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, working to prevent future discrepancies - Monitor inventory levels, make recommendations for restocking or reducing inventory based on demand and trends - Create and maintain inventory reports, including data on inventory levels, stock-outs, and turnover - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product delivery Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field - 0.6-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related field - Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices preferred - Experience with inventory management software and systems advantageous - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with other departments - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills In addition to the job description, the company offers the following benefits: - Food and Accommodation provided - ESI Provided - Overtime Provided Please note that only immediate joiners are being considered for this position.
