Job Title: Inventory Staff / Inventory Executive
Department: Stores / Warehouse / Accounts
Reports To: Inventory Manager / Store In-Charge / Accounts Head
Job Summary:
The Inventory Staff is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and managing stock levels, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, and supporting smooth operations in the warehouse/store. The role involves performing regular stock checks, recording transactions, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with procurement and accounts teams for efficient inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day e-commerce billing and invoicing accurately.
Manage stock entries, updates, and inventory tracking in our accounting software.
Reconcile online sales across multiple platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.).
Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure real-time stock accuracy.
Generate reports related to billing, sales, and inventory.
Ensure GST compliance and basic bookkeeping.
Requirements:
Prior experience in e-commerce billing and stock management.
Proficiency in (e.g., Tally, Busy, Zoho, Marg, etc.).
Strong understanding of inventory flow, invoicing, and accounts reconciliation.
Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and online marketplace operations is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
