Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records of drones, spare parts, and accessories in Excel or inventory systems.
• Track movement of drones for shows, operations, and repairs.
• Document allocation, return, and servicing of drones.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system records.
• Generate and share inventory reports/MIS for management.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure availability of drones and parts.
• Raise alerts for shortages, damages, or discrepancies in stock.
• Follow company policies and safety standards in drone handling.

Requirements

• 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management (electronics/hardware background preferred).
• Strong skills in

  MS Excel

  (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams.
• Interest in drones/aviation industry will be an advantage.
