About the Role

Interview Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Work
on-site at the client location
and act as the first point of contact for interview coordination.
Upload and manage candidate profiles accurately on
client portal.
Schedule and coordinate
interviews
between candidates, internal recruiters, and client interview panels.
Track and update interview status in internal systems and client portals.
Follow up with candidates and panel members to confirm availability, share meeting links, reminders, and required instructions.
Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth interview execution.
Maintain daily/weekly reports of profiles submitted, interviews scheduled, no-shows, and outcomes.
Handle last-minute changes, rescheduling, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
Ensure high standards of accuracy, organization, and timeliness in all coordination tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with a professional attitude.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
Comfortable using recruitment tools, client portals, MS Excel, and communication platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage tight timelines.
High level of attention to detail and process discipline.
