Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid internship role at SuccessR HRTech Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru, with some work from home acceptable. The intern will be responsible for supporting the talent acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates, assisting with payroll management and training programs, and handling attendance and appraisal management tasks. The intern will also contribute to various HR projects and initiatives to enhance overall HR operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition
• Understanding of payroll management and statutory compliance
• Familiarity with employee training and development programs
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
