Freelance Technical Trainer

As a Freelance Technical Trainer at our growing EdTech & Training organization, you will play a crucial role in building future-ready talent by delivering skill-based programs in emerging technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting structured training sessions on domains such as Java, Data Processing, Networking & Cloud Support, and Software Testing. - Developing training content, assignments, and hands-on project work to enhance learning outcomes. - Delivering interactive sessions and providing mentorship to learners throughout their training journey. - Staying updated with industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure the relevance of training content. - Coordinating with the academic team to maintain the quality of training delivery. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in the relevant technology. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage learners effectively. - Prior training or mentoring experience would be preferred. - Flexibility to conduct weekday/weekend batches both online and offline. - Relevant certifications in the field will be considered an added advantage.
