Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for an HR Executive – BPO/Sales Recruitment located in India. The HR Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations including recruitment and staffing for BPO and sales roles, managing HR policies, and employee relations. The HR Executive will also handle HR management tasks and support HR operations as required. The role involves a mix of in-office work and remote work. Job Title: HR Executive – BPO/Sales Recruitment Location: Malakpet, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time (Work From Office) Experience: 3–8 Years Industry: BPO / Call Center / Sales Shift Timing: 2:00 PM IST – 11:00 PM IST Working Days: 5 days a week Cab Facility: Drop facility available for female employees only Key Responsibilities Source candidates for voice, non-voice, and sales roles using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases. Apply Boolean search techniques and filters to refine results. Maintain daily sourcing reports and candidate trackers. Coordinate with recruiters for smooth profile handovers. Ensure a high volume of relevant profiles aligned with client requirements. Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline. Required Skills Strong understanding of recruitment and sourcing strategies. Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing tools. Excellent communication & coordination skills. Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Candidates should stay within 10–12 km of office location or be open to relocating nearby.
