The Freelance Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training sessions, developing training materials, and assessing learners' performance. The Trainer will also provide feedback and support to learners, collaborate with other trainers, and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and industry developments. Qualifications Strong presentation, instructional design, and classroom management skills. Experience in curriculum development and adult learning principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in subject matter relevant to the training programs offered by Learnwhiz Academy. Proficiency with digital tools and software used for training and development. Ability to adapt training styles to meet the diverse needs of learners. Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Training, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in corporate or educational training environments is a plus. Show more Show less
