Digital Marketing Intern

Role & Responsibilities

1. Digital Account Setup & Platform Management

  • Create and manage social media accounts across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and backup Gmail IDs.
  • Secure reserved handles on Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, X, and Pinterest.
  • Set up YORN accounts for future integration.
  • Organize cloud storage (Drive/Dropbox) for assets, scripts, and videos.
  • Set up shared password management tools (Bitwarden/LastPass).
  • Configure analytics dashboards (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Studio).

2. Digital Identity & Character Building

  • Develop persona sheets, bios, and self-descriptions for three digital characters.
  • Define collective and individual target groups and brand objectives.
  • Finalize tone, identity rules, visual styles, and voice samples.
  • Prepare disclaimers, sensitive-topic guidelines, and platform compliance plans.
  • Plan backup strategies for AI content restrictions.

3. Content Planning & Strategy

  • Create content buckets, scripts, and test reels for each character.
  • Build posting calendars and cross-character communication plans.
  • Generate FAQs and predictable-response templates.
  • Set up trend-monitoring tools for hashtags, events, celebrities, and emerging topics.
  • Establish crisis-handling protocols, viral-response plans, and AB testing frameworks.

4. Operations & Performance Management

  • Define SOPs for posting workflows and basic automation.
  • Track daily/weekly analytics across platforms.
  • Support monthly content and growth reviews.
  • Assist in server/hosting setup for future digital infrastructure.
  • Contribute to collaboration plans with creators, brands, and communities.
  • Support recruitment efforts for a future full-time content manager.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of analytics, cloud tools, and social platforms.
  • Willingness to learn quickly and work hands-on with dynamic tasks.
