We are currently looking to onboard HR Interns to support our growing recruitment operations.

Role Overview

This internship offers a remote, flexible, and part-time opportunity best suited for fresh graduates or individuals seeking practical HR experience. The role is performance-based, with earning potential linked to successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring needs from clients across various industries (startup, BPO, IT, and non-IT)
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, social media, free job portals, and referrals
• Screen applicants and conduct preliminary assessments
• Submit qualified profiles to clients and follow up on feedback
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely closures

Eligibility Criteria

• Only fresh graduates may apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with LinkedIn sourcing, WhatsApp engagement, and job boards
• Self-motivated with strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection

What We Offer

• Flexible working hours: 4–6 hours/day
• Earnings: ₹2,500 to ₹20,000 per successful closure
