Job Description

CS Student eligible for Long Term Practical Training as per ICSI guidelines.
Strong academic record and keen interest in corporate governance compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and oral communications skills.

Additional Qualifications:

Systems skills with BSE, NSE, MCA applications & legal research tools.
Self-motivated, with an ability to contribute individually (work with minimal supervision) together with being a strong team player.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Time management

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers and records.
Support the preparation of board meetings, committee meetings, general meetings, postal ballots including drafting agendas and minutes.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory obligations.
Assist in the filing of statutory returns and forms with regulatory authorities and with the stock exchanges.
Coordinate with various departments for the preparation of reports and documentation.
Research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the Company Secretary.
