• Handle inbound & outbound customer queries (voice/non-voice – international process)
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up logs
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality standards
• Work in rotational shifts as per process requirements
