ob and Responsibilities

•Make outbound calls to prospective customers from international regions

•Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services effectively

•Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales over the phone

•Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs

•Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers

•Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools

•Handle objections professionally and convert interest into sales

•Provide excellent post-sale customer support and build long-term customer relationships

•Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Required Skills:

•Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong sales aptitude with persuasive and negotiation skills

•Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection

•Confidence to work in a target-driven environment

•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

•Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and sales tools

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree preferred is must

•Prior experience in international B2C or B2B sales is an advantage

•Willingness to work night shifts.
