Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers (UAE/US/ process depending on requirement).
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain a positive, polite, and customer-friendly attitude during calls.
Follow call scripts, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Update customer information and call details in the system accurately.
Escalate calls or issues to senior teams when necessary.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
