We are hiring for International Voice Process (US Process)

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional customer service.
Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in BPO voice processing or similar industry.
Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
Strong listening skills for effective call handling.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.

Salary Package - 3 LPA - 4.75 LPA

Location- Electronic City Phase 2 Bangalore
