International Voice Process Executive - Elite caller

Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executives for our International Voice Process Pre-Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, cold calling international clients, introducing services/products, and setting appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound international calls to potential clients/customers.
  
• Explain the product or service offerings clearly and professionally.
  
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  
• Schedule follow-up calls, demos, or meetings for business development executives.
  
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and call outcomes.
  
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and call volume.
  
• Handle objections confidently and remain polite and professional at all times.
  
• Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activity.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Neutral or US/UK accent preferred).
  
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  
• Ability to handle rejections and objections positively.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in international BPO / telemarketing /telesales
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call handling software is a plus.
  
• Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
  

Preferred Candidates:

• Previous experience in International BPO, Pre-Sales, or Lead Generation roles.
  
• Candidates comfortable working in flexible timing (Day Shift)
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Requirements:
