Address customer inquiries and complaints by identifying the issue, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely resolution to increase customer satisfaction. Use CRM software to track and document all customer interactions, manage customer data, and follow up on open issues for a seamless support experience. Adapt communication style to suit the cultural expectations of international customers, ensuring clarity, respect, and empathy in all interactions.
