Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to the customers.
Assist with E-commerce sales inquiries and provide basic product information.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through various communication channels.
Ensure timely and effective communication with customers via email and other platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

Fresher to 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce sales processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in email writing and customer correspondence.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
