Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for Domestic and International Voice Processes.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle
inbound and outbound customer calls
for domestic and international processes.
Provide accurate information and support to customers.
Assist in
customer retention
, escalations, and query resolution.
Maintain call quality standards and meet defined KPIs.
Document all interactions in the system accurately.
Work in a fast-paced BPO environment with rotational shifts (as applicable).
