Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
international customer calls
(inbound/outbound) professionally.
Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, or technical support.
Communicate clearly, politely, and efficiently in
neutral or international English
.
Follow scripts or guidelines to maintain call quality and consistency.
Document customer issues and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as required.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills
in English (mandatory).
Freshers are welcome; prior BPO/voice process experience is an added advantage.
Willingness to work in
night shifts
(US/UK timing) and rotational shifts.
Good listening skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn CRM systems quickly.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with international customer service standards.
Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate issues.
Experience with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Avaya is a plus.
Sales or upselling skills (for outbound or blended processes).
