Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists or databases.
Explain products or services clearly and persuasively to generate interest and sales.
Respond to customer queries, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM software.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and improve telesales strategies.
Handle customer feedback, provide after-sales support, or escalate issues to relevant departments.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Requirements:

Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Persuasive and result-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Comfortable working under targets and deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of the industry/product line you'll be selling.
Multilingual abilities depending on the target market.
Experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
