Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle international calls from UK customers with excellent communication skills. Provide customer support to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely manner. Work on US sales, collection, and calling processes for international clients. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Meet performance targets set by the company for quality, productivity, and sales metrics. Work Location : Hyderabad Shift : US shift timings Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in an International BPO or call center environment. Strong English language proficiency (written & spoken) with ability to understand diverse accents. Ability to work flexible shifts including US shift (6 PM - 3 AM IST). Basic computer knowledge with familiarity in MS Office applications.
