Job Description

Description We are seeking an experienced International Voice Process Associate to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to international clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls for international clients Assist customers with inquiries and provide appropriate solutions Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction Document all customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery Achieve performance targets and KPIs set by the management Skills and Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in an international voice process or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
