Job Description

International Voice & Non Voice - Customer Support

Mode: Work from Office.
Shift: Night Rotational Shift .
Location - Hyderabad .
Cab Facility is available.
Qualification: Any Graduates.

Salary

Freshers

6 months to 18 -months

Non Voice :

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

To assist customers by answering their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a smooth and satisfactory experience with the company's products or services.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
Use CRM tools effectively.
Address customer problems efficiently and professionally.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support if needed.
Help customers understand how to use the product or service.
Suggest solutions and upsell when appropriate.
Ensure issues are resolved to the customers satisfaction.
Follow up on unresolved or escalated tickets.
