Hi Team,

we hiring for International Voice (Blended)

Job Title:

Role Overview

inbound/outbound customer calls

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound voice calls from UK customers with professionalism and clarity.
Escalate complex cases to Team Leads / SMEs when required.
Coordinate with internal teams (Finance Ops, AR/AP teams, Client Support) for case resolution.
Maintain high standards of customer empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Qualification & Experience

B.Com. Graduate
with relevant experience in international voice process.
24 years of experience in International Voice processes (UK, US, or AUS) mandatory.
Versant Certification required.
Strong English communication skills with a neutral or UK-friendly accent.
Experience in BPO/FAO processes preferred (Billing, AR, AP, collections queries, customer support related to finance).
Good problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
