Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle international voice and chat processes for global clients.
Manage multiple chats and calls with efficiency and accuracy.
Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer queries.
Communicate with clients through email, chat, and voice platforms.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Work in a team environment to meet performance targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

0–3 years of experience in an International BPO or similar field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable handling both chat and voice processes.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Additional Details:

Walk-ins
: Weekdays only (No walk-ins on Saturday and Sunday)
