Job Description

Develop travel products and day-to-day operational support.

Handling international hotel and holiday packages.

Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.

Listening to customers’ needs and concerns, making suggestions to help them find solutions, and explaining products or services that are available

Collects payments, books travel arrangements, and pays applicable fees.

Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations, and refunds.

Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences.

Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings.

Create and support the organization in building and maintaining a professional network within the hoteliers, suppliers, and transporters in different domestic destinations.

Monitor research and report findings on market developments in the travel industry.

Deliver and exceed performance and productivity.

Liaise with travel partners, including suppliers, and manage bookings.

Deal with customer inquiries and aim to meet their expectations.

Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business.

Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
