International Sales (Voice Process)

As a cold calling and lead engagement representative at Hammoq, your role will involve making 100+ dials daily to engage in quality conversations with prospects. You will focus on lead engagement and quality discussions, utilizing various communication channels such as cold calls, text messaging, emails, and live transfers to initiate interest and generate qualified leads. Your responsibility will also include identifying and nurturing prospects, ensuring they express interest in further discussions. You will conduct warm transfers and collect key details for the next sales steps, aiming to set up at least 3-4 appointments daily to maintain a robust pipeline. In terms of CRM management, you will be required to log call notes, outcomes, and appointments in the CRM system daily, following company protocols. Additionally, updating lead statuses and managing the sales pipeline with precision will be essential to track progress effectively. Follow-ups with prospects will be a crucial part of your role to convert leads into opportunities successfully. You will need to execute relentless follow-ups and prepare daily activity reports, including calls made, outcomes achieved, and appointments scheduled. Qualifications: - Experience in International Sales is a must. - Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with international clients. - Proficiency in CRM management and lead tracking systems. - Detail-oriented with accurate activity, notes, and appointment logging. - Adaptability to different time zones and willingness to work flexible hours. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
