As a Sales Manager, you will be required to utilize your skills in CRM software, cross-cultural communication, export-import regulations, foreign language proficiency, global market analysis, negotiation, trade finance, and B2B sales strategies to excel in your role. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities in the assigned territories and markets. Developing your team to drive growth and leadership in the market will be a key focus area. Your duties will also involve focusing on new business development activities for corporate/large accounts and delivering results as per the agreed timeline. Additionally, customer troubleshooting and evaluating market competition, including competitor offerings and pricing strategies, will be part of your regular tasks.
