    International Sales Team Leader – Education Counselling & Business Development

  • Salary:

    ₹55,000 – ₹60,000 per month +

    Uncapped Incentives

  • Shift:

    Rotational (including International Time Zones)

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of

    International Education Counsellors / Sales Executives

    to achieve

    global sales targets

    .
  • Mentor and train team members to

    excel in international student enrollment and lead conversion

    .
  • Create and implement

    sales strategies for international markets

    (US, UK, Canada, Middle East, etc.).

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Drive

    student acquisition and business development across international regions

    .
  • Identify and develop

    strategic partnerships and channel sales opportunities

    .
  • Monitor and improve

    lead conversion rates

    , ensuring maximum ROI on campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track team performance using

    CRM tools

    and generate

    weekly/monthly reports

    for management review.
  • Conduct regular

    performance evaluations

    and develop

    improvement plans

    .

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience

    in International Sales (preferably in

    EdTech / Education Counselling / Overseas Education

    ).
  • Strong

    team leadership and people management skills

    .
  • Expertise in

    international student recruitment and global sales strategies

    .
  • Excellent communication

    skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools

    and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with

    problem-solving ability

    .

Eligibility

  • Minimum Experience:

    7-8 years in Sales, with at least

    4 years in a leadership role

    .
  • Experience in

    EdTech, Study Abroad, or International Education Sales

    is highly preferred.
