Job Description

Oversee and scale procurement of cars from Australian marketplaces by building a high-quality, well-priced inventory.
Expand sourcing channels through strategic partnerships, new lead sources, and targeted outreach efforts.
Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve monthly targets and develop a scalable growth plan.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
Train and mentor the team on procurement processes, negotiation techniques, and product knowledge.
Assist in high-value or complex negotiations with sellers to secure favorable deals.
Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data entry across internal systems to support seamless operations and reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine procurement strategies.
Drive process improvements and standardization across procurement workflows.
Handle escalations from sellers and internal stakeholders efficiently
