Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for an International Sales Support Team Lead. The role involves leading the sales support team to ensure customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating the sales support team, handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely order processing, and enhancing overall customer service experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with international clients and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.
