International Sales Manager (Rice Industry Exp. Only )

Role And Responsibilities

 Achieve predefined international sales targets. Prepare action plans to search for international sales leads and prospects. Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate international markets. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted forpricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins. Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they arecommunicated and implemented within the team. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. studying the market in the target country or countries identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges meeting with clients here or overseas negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets organizing licenses and other legal requirements for certain products, such as pharmaceuticals managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports. Lead the Export sales team

Qualifications And Education Requirements
