Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute sales strategies to drive direct sales growth.

•Sell Urbanrise Indian Real Estate product by establishing contact developing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions.

•Generate new leads through effective sales and marketing techniques.

•Convert leads into successful sales transactions and close sales deals with efficiency and professionalism.

•Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

•Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, identify and evaluate business opportunities by analyzing industry trends and competitors.

•Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions.

•Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering value.

•Demonstrate a proactive and target-oriented approach to achieve sales goals.

•Prioritize customer satisfaction and focus on delivering value.

•Leadership and team management: Recruit, train, motivate and manage high-performing international sales teams to exceed sales targets. Foster a culture of accountability and client-centricity.

•International travel: Willingness for extensive international travel to manage teams, meet key clients, attend property events, roadshows, and Indian cultural festivals.

•High-value closures: Drive closures of high-ticket property deals by providing strategic guidance and support to international sales teams.

•Stakeholder management: Proactively liaise with marketing, legal, and finance departments in India to ensure seamless international sales operations.

Requirements:

•Successful 7-10 years proven experience in sales

•Team management experience of at least 3 years

•Must have minimum 3 years of international sales management.

•Open to Male & Female candidates. Age: upto 30 years only

•Strategic planning: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for international markets, including target setting, market analysis, and competitor tracking.

•Market intelligence: Stay abreast of international real estate trends, NRI investment regulations, and local market dynamics in key geographies.

•Networking: An established network of NRI investors, channel partners, and wealth managers in North America, Europe and/or the Far East.
