The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, an established network of international channel partners (brokers, agents, investment firms), and experience in planning and executing international sales and marketing events.

Role

• Drive international sales of residential real estate projects.
• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and real estate agents across key international markets.
• Create and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Build strong relationships with global channel partners to maximize lead generation and deal closures.
• Plan and manage international real estate exhibitions, conference, and investment seminars.
• Represent the company at global expos, networking events, and property showcases.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure high-impact branding and presentation during international events.

Qualification

• 3+ years of sales experience in high-end industries, including luxury inhouse real estate with a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing international channel partner networks.
• Experience organizing and executing international marketing / sales events.
• Strong understanding of global property markets trends and updates
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business development and events.
