International Sales Manager-Dubai

You will be responsible for driving international sales initiatives for residential real estate projects by leveraging your strong background in real estate sales. Your role will involve identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners and real estate agents across key international markets. You will create and execute go-to-market strategies and build strong relationships with global channel partners to maximize lead generation and deal closures. In addition, you will be tasked with planning and managing international real estate exhibitions, conferences, and investment seminars, as well as representing the company at global expos, networking events, and property showcases. Collaboration with marketing teams to ensure high-impact branding and presentation during international events will also be a key aspect of your role. To be successful in this position, you should possess at least 3 years of sales experience in high-end industries, including luxury in-house real estate, with a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth. Demonstrated success in managing and growing international channel partner networks, as well as experience in organizing and executing international marketing and sales events, are essential. A strong understanding of global property market trends and updates is required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
