Job Description

International Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive international sales for
industrial air treatment solutions
as capital equipment.
Develop new business with
OEMs, EPC contractors, and industrial clients
across global markets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and account growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and decision-makers across target industries.
Conduct
market research, competitor benchmarking, and growth strategy planning
.
Represent the company at
global trade shows, exhibitions, and technical forums
.
Work with internal
technical, application, and R&D teams
to deliver customized solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

14-15 years experience
in
international sales of capital equipment / industrial solutions
.
Proven track record of selling to
OEMs, industrial system integrators, or engineering clients
.
Strong exposure to
environmental engineering, industrial machinery, HVAC, or clean-tech solutions
.
Excellent communication, cross-cultural negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across
Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe
.
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Environmental)
required; MBA is a plus.
