Job Description

International Sales Leader


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute

    a comprehensive sales and market expansion strategy for target regions (Asia and Middle East).
  • Identify and pursue

    new business opportunities in key verticals such as telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, e-commerce, and technology.
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships

    with enterprise clients, partners, and key decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles

    , from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally

    with marketing, solutions, and operations teams to design tailored outsourcing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Track and analyze

    market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company

    at international conferences, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Forecast sales performance

    and provide regular reports on pipeline, conversion rates, and market insights to leadership.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience

    in business development or sales leadership within the

    BPO / outsourcing / contact center

    industry.
  • Proven track record of

    closing multi-million-dollar deals

    with enterprise clients across Asia or the Middle East.
  • Deep understanding of

    regional market dynamics

    , cultural nuances, and buyer behavior.
  • Strong network of decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation

    skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


Preferred Experience:


  • Experience establishing regional sales operations or channel partnerships in new markets.
  • Exposure to

    digital transformation, AI, automation, and CX innovation

    trends within the outsourcing industry.
  • Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, Mandarin) is an advantage.
