Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Head, located in New Delhi. The International Sales Head will be responsible for managing and leading the international sales team, developing and executing international sales strategies, and expanding Aimlay's global footprint. Daily tasks will include overseeing international business operations, fostering strong client relationships, managing international trade activities, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role demands strong team management and leadership skills to achieve organizational goals.


Responsibilities: Experience in International Edtech Sales

  • Business development in different regions of the world to generate enquiries and sales and grow market share.
  • Handling a team of International Counsellor
  • Mapping customer requirements in terms of products/services/solutions that needs to be offered to the end user/customer.
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing customers and channel partners and building new relationships in every region.
  • To monitor market intelligence vis-à-vis competition & existing and forthcoming business opportunities, also to document and generate a database of the same on the CRM.
  • Willing to work in 9:30PM-6:30AM Shift
