As an International Sales Executive at Sarthak Engineering, your role will involve utilizing your core sales skills to effectively engage with potential international clients. This includes: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential clients on a global scale. - Sales Negotiation: Confidently navigating price discussions, objections, and ultimately closing deals. - CRM Proficiency: Utilizing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM to manage client relationships. - Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a deep understanding of the products/services offered, tailored to different global markets. In addition to your sales skills, you will be expected to demonstrate international and cultural competence through: - Cross-Cultural Communication: Understanding and adapting to diverse cultural norms in business interactions. - Foreign Language Skills: Fluency in widely spoken languages like Spanish, French, Mandarin, or Arabic is a bonus. - Global Market Awareness: Staying informed about market trends, trade policies, and competitor landscape across different regions. Your business acumen will be put to the test as you engage in: - Market Research & Analysis: Identifying new regions, industries, or niches for business expansion. - Data Interpretation: Utilizing sales metrics to enhance performance and forecast revenues. - Pricing Strategy: Tailoring pricing models for different regions based on economic and competitive factors. Client relationship management will be a key aspect of your role, involving: - Networking & Outreach: Establishing and nurturing relationships with distributors, agents, and clients. - Customer Service Orientation: Ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business on an international scale. Your professional skills, including communication, presentation, and time management, will play a crucial role in: - Communication (Verbal & Written): Delivering clear and persuasive messages to international clients. - Presentation Skills: Conducting engaging product demos and sales pitches. - Time Management & Organization: Juggling multiple time zones, meetings, and follow-ups effectively. Furthermore, your role will require travel flexibility, with a willingness to attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
