International Sales Executive

About the Role

Backdropsource is a global leader in photography backdrops, studio equipment, and custom printing solutions. We are looking for energetic, proactive, and adaptable professionals to join our international sales team.

As an International Sales Executive, you will handle client communication via calls, email, and chat, drive sales, maintain customer relationships, and ensure smooth order processing across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat communications with international clients.
• Drive international sales through follow-ups and relationship management. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Manage quotations, pricing, documentation, and order coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of international sales experience (voice).
• Fluent English communication and excellent writing skills.
• Confident in handling calls and client communications.
• Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Shopify, Trello, and email platforms.
• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduates in Commerce, Fashion Designing, or related fields.
• Prior experience in fashion, apparel, photography, or creative industries is a plus.
• Foreign language proficiency is an advantage.
