Key Responsibilities

• International

  B2B sales calls

  to overseas buyers (importers, distributors, wholesalers).
• Lead generation and

  order conversion

  for rice export products.
• Follow-up with international buyers via

  calls, WhatsApp, and email

  .
• Explain

  rice varieties, specifications, packaging options, pricing, payment terms, and shipment details

  .
• Maintain and update

  Zoho CRM

  with leads, follow-ups, and buyer communication.
• Prepare and manage

  Excel sheets

  for buyer database, sales pipeline, and lead tracking.
• Coordinate with

  shipping lines, freight forwarders, inspection agencies, and internal teams

  .
• Handle buyers across

  multiple international time zones

  .
• Ensure accurate reporting, follow-ups, and sales documentation.
  

Candidate Profile

• Experience in

  international sales / export sales of rice or food/agro commodities

  (mandatory).
• Strong

  English communication skills

  (spoken and written).
• Comfortable with

  cold calling and proactive sales outreach

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Zoho CRM, MS Excel, and export sales processes

  .
• Experience dealing with

  importers, distributors, traders, and wholesalers

  .
• Target-driven, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
