Position: International Sales Executive (US Process)

This is a full-time on-site role for a motivated and performance-driven professional who can handle international sales operations and build long-term relationships with clients in US markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international customers through calls, emails, and other communication platforms
• Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong professional relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential business opportunities
• Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and negotiate deals
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve sales efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  International Sales / Business Development

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

• Proficiency in conducting market research and identifying new prospects

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Comfortable working in night shift (US business hours)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is an added advantage

• Prior experience in international sales within relevant product/service industries is preferred
