Requirements: · Master’s degree (preferred). · Minimum 2 years of total work experience in CRM management or administration. · 1+ year of experience in Zoho CRM. · Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). · Testing & development experience of Zoho. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. · Detail Oriented & Organizational abilities. · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. · Knowledge of integrating CRM to other departmental software. · Customization & development of current and new tools. · Comfortable with UK shift timings (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
