International Sales Executive

As an International Sales Coordinator at Reliserv Solution, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our global client base, focusing primarily on clients in the USA (East Coast) and Gulf countries. Your role will involve handling up to 500 international clients monthly, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients and internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, maintaining relationships with international clients, processing sales orders, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. You will also be responsible for generating monthly sales reports, monitoring client activity and market trends, and providing administrative support to the sales team. In addition to client management and sales coordination, you will collaborate with the international sales team, participate in strategy meetings, and ensure that all international trade activities adhere to company policies and country-specific regulations. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in international sales coordination or a similar role. To excel in this role, you should have exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and the ability to work across time zones and with diverse cultures. Knowledge of international trade and shipping regulations, experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, and additional language proficiency will be advantageous. This is a hybrid position, combining remote work and in-office collaboration with teams such as sales, logistics, finance, and customer service. The working hours are structured to align with USA (East Coast) and Gulf country time zones, with morning and evening shifts available. The position is based at the head office in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
