Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-7 years of experience in marketing or sales. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills are required to succeed in this role. The candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills along with knowledge of data analysis and report writing. Responsibilities include promoting the company's existing brands, introducing new products to the market, researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. The candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. Additionally, recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing the marketing and sales team to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives is essential. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new market needs is also a key responsibility. Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining a personal and professional network is crucial for this role. The candidate should have the ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi are preferred for effective communication with clients and team members.,
