Job Description

As a Sales Director at befree, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets. Your focus will be on acquiring new logos in the finance and accounting market, prioritizing high-value accounts that deliver substantial growth. Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management for a team of 3-4 members minimum. Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining a sales pipeline of qualified leads, negotiating and closing deals with high-value clients, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets. - Focus on acquiring new logos in the finance and accounting market. - Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentorship. - Create and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads. - Negotiate and close deals with high-value clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. - Analyze sales data to improve sales performance. - Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting. - Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in B2B International sales. - Graduate/postgraduate degree.
