International Sales Director

As a Sales Director at befree, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets. Your focus will be on acquiring new logos in the finance and accounting market, prioritizing high-value accounts that deliver substantial growth. Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management for a team of 3-4 members minimum. Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining a sales pipeline of qualified leads, negotiating and closing deals with high-value clients, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in B2B International sales. - Graduate/postgraduate degree.
