Role Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced International Sales Specialist to join our global sales team. This role will be responsible for expanding our international footprint by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through international channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

• Identify, engage, and manage key accounts and distributors across global markets

• Handle complete export sales cycles including negotiation, documentation, and after-sales support

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Basmati rice varieties, global market trends, and port logistics

• Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, and documentation) for seamless order execution

• Maintain and grow relationships with international clients and channel partners

• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote Anvi Exim globally

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 18 months of experience in international sales, specifically within the rice industry

• Proven success in B2B sales and exports of Indian Basmati rice

• Strong understanding of global trade dynamics, export regulations, and documentation

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in Arabic or French will be considered a strong advantage

• Ability to navigate complex international deals and deliver results under tight timelines

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Working knowledge of CRM systems and export documentation platforms
